How to start a New project & use the Estimator

TO PLAY THE VIDEO:
1) Click on the Play button.
2) Click where it states "360p" - Change to "720pHD"
3) Allow 15-30 seconds for video to buffer. Video will start to play.
4) Video will take anything from 3-5 minutes to fully load.
5) To view in Full Screen mode, ensure video set to 720pHD (point 2) and FULLY loaded. Double-click the video screen OR click on the button with the four arrows next to the "Youtube" button

Written Help for this video:

-          Click on "New project"

-          Make sure the box “Make this a new main project” is selected (by default it should be)

-          Enter your client information, builders information and estimators information

-          Choose your Material Price File to estimate with

-          Choose your Labour Price File to estimate with

-          Lastly, choose a database to measure from under “System” (usually we recommend BASIC)

-          Let the Estimator open by clicking "Finish"

-          When “+ Building” is displayed this means your chosen database has opened.

-          Click of “View” in the menu bar and choose ‘Split View’ or click on the “Tile Horizontal” icon

-          The screen will split with your project on the left, the Billcost database on the right.

-          You can now get estimating.
