Adding Notes to your Report Cover Page

TO PLAY THE VIDEO:
1) Click on the Play button.
2) Click where it states "360p" - Change to "720pHD"
3) Allow 15-30 seconds for video to buffer. Video will start to play.
4) Video will take anything from 3-5 minutes to fully load.
5) To view in Full Screen mode, ensure video set to 720pHD (point 2) and FULLY loaded. Double-click the video screen OR click on the button with the four arrows next to the "Youtube" button

If you would like to add Notes to a cover page (Terms & Conditions, general notes) here’s how to do it:

-          Open Billcost Project Manager

-          Select the project you wish to add notes to on the Cover Page of the Report.

-          Open the ‘Estimator’

-          In the ‘Estimator’, go to “Project”,

-          “Details”

-          “Notes”

-          Now you can enter whatever text you wish to display on the Cover Page of your Reports

-          Click on “Ok” to make this a once off entry

-          Click on “Save” to save the text which can then be…

-          Loaded for a later project by clicking “Load” which will open the default directory for all Notes saved ‘text files’.

-          Lastly, generate a Report Cover Page and under Client/Builder/Estimator details you should see your Notes.
